After studying at the Institut de tourisme et d'hôtellerie du Québec (ITHQ) in Montreal, Véronique Paradis spent several years perfecting her apprenticeship in the best restaurants in the city as well as in Europe and Australia. Her curiosity and practical spirit push her to explore flavors to create irresistible combinations. It's these same qualities that fuel her desire to inspire people to cook unforgettable dishes using fresh, delicious ingredients.
