BIOGRAPHY
Marilou grew up in the eye of the Quebec public as a singer from the age of 11.
Twenty years later, she is at the head of Trois fois par jour: a thriving business whose accessible recipes and aesthetics have propelled her to the title of icon in the culinary world and the Quebec art of living.
Marilou is the author of the Trois fois par jour recipe books, of which she has sold hundreds of thousands of copies - one of the biggest publishing successes here.
This fall, in addition to hosting the documentary series “In other words: in business,” she returns with a 5th volume of Three Times a Day: Quite Simple.
