BIOGRAPHY
Gérald Le Gal has worked in a thousand professions in Quebec, Canada and abroad. In 1993, he founded Gourmet Sauvage, a pioneering wild product harvesting and processing company in its field. Always active within the company, Gérald is also involved in a host of committees working for the sustainable development of forests, increases the number of conferences, continues the training of professional pickers and the public and contributes greatly to the growth of the NTFP industry (non-timber forest products) through the transmission of the know-how it has acquired.
