Catherine Sylvestre
Catherine Sylvestre manages the market gardening team at Ferme des Quatre-Temps. There she develops and tests the best practices for growing vegetables all year round in a northern climate. A graduate in agronomy at McGill University and holder of a master's degree in political science, she is interested in the relationships between human beings and nature, the encounter between which takes place within agriculture.
